Adacia Chambers, 25, is suspected of driving while intoxicated when she rammed her gray Hyundai Elantra into a crowd watching Saturday's parade in Stillwater, killing three adults and a toddler, police said. Chambers was expected to make an initial appearance in Payne County District Court on Monday afternoon, police said.

The cancellation could mean that Jarrod Tutko, Sr., 39, and Kimberly Tutko, 40, had agreed to a plea deal, though prosecutor Sean McCormack would not comment on that possibility. The Tutkos, whose trial is scheduled to begin in Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, face criminal homicide and other charges over the death of their son, Jarrod, Jr., 9, last year and the abusive treatment of his sister, Arianna, 10.


Man accused of killing four at Texas SXSW festival heads to trial

Rashad Owens, 23, is facing 26 charges that include capital murder, which is punishable by death, for the accident at the annual SXSW celebration of music, technology and movies that draws tens of thousands to the Texas capital from around the world. Jamie West, 27, of Austin, and Steven Craenmehr, 35, of Amsterdam in the Netherlands, died at the scene. Sandy Thuy Le, 26, who had moved from Mississippi to Austin, died about a week later from injuries sustained in the accident and 18-year-old DeAndre Tatum, of Fort Worth, died shortly after that.
